Potsdam is beautiful during the winter. The air is cool and fresh, and the city is not as crowded as during the summer. Sanssouci is relieved of tourists photographing each other, and the overly colorful flowerbeds in geometric perfection have made room for the winter soil. It’s nice to see when nature is given some freedom and doesn’t need to present itself in a corset.
